Spot the Non-Compliant Machine
Walk through enough factories and you start to notice something strange about electrical safety problems: the dangerous machines rarely look dangerous.
Most of the time, the issue is subtle.
A missing field evaluation label.
An incorrect disconnect.
A blocked emergency stop.
A mystery SCCR rating nobody can explain during the inspection.
And suddenly an entire production schedule is hanging by a thread while everyone stares nervously at the AHJ.
That reality inspired this ridiculous little game from Lewis Bass International Engineering Services.
Welcome to Spot the Non-Compliant Machine! This is a 5-level electrical safety mini-game where your mission is simple: find the one machine on the factory floor that would fail inspection before the timer runs out.
At first, the violations are obvious. But as the game progresses, the problems become increasingly realistic and harder to identify, just like real-world field evaluation findings.
Think you can spot:
- exposed wiring?
- missing field labels?
- suspicious disconnects?
- unclear SCCR markings?
- blocked emergency stops?
There’s only one way to find out.
Somewhere on this screen is a machine that is about to ruin somebody’s afternoon.
Good luck. The inspector is already walking toward it.
